King Gold Trading offers secure delivery services across the UAE. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai, and next-day delivery is available for other Emirates. All deliveries are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon receipt.
Delivery fees start from AED 50 for orders within Dubai and AED 100 for other Emirates. Free delivery is available for orders above AED 10,000. All delivery fees are clearly displayed during checkout and are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of precious metals trading, all sales are final once the transaction is confirmed. Refunds are only available in the following circumstances: product defects, delivery of incorrect items, or failure to deliver within the specified timeframe.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective products or incorrect deliveries. Products must be in original condition with all certificates and packaging. A return authorization must be obtained before returning any items.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. For bank transfers, refunds may take up to 15 business days. Refund amounts will be based on the current market price at the time of return processing.
All shipments are fully insured. In case of damage or loss during transit, we will replace the items or provide a full refund. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
We offer secure storage services for purchased metals. Storage fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable. Stored metals can be delivered or collected at any time with 24-hour notice.
King Gold Trading is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
